Beautiful, full & dry sparkling white wine. Light yellow with a small green tint. Exuberant scent, spicy, & fresh with hints of banana, melon, apricot & apple. Powerful mousse, fresh flavour, perfectly balanced. The dry finish is long with good acidity. This Cava is made from the Macabeo, Parellada & Xarello grapes.
