The beans are grown at high altitude in the cloud-coated forests of central Nicaragua. They come from small cooperatives, where the plantations are strictly regulated by a central body to ensure their high quality. The beans are dark roasted to bring out their distinctive, chocolatey flavour. Nicaraguan Coffee has a rich, warm taste with a well-balanced fruitiness & warm nut tones.
