Grown close to the home of the first coffee bean, the coffee grown around the tiny town of Yirgacheffe in Southern Ethiopia has an extraordinarily distinctive flavour profile, characterised by aromatic floral notes & mild lemon acidity. Wet-processed according to traditional methods, this light-bodied coffee has a silky smooth sweetness, winning it three gold stars in the 2012 Great Taste Awards. In the words of the judges? Good Yirgacheffe fruit. Great peach flavour. We couldnt agree more.
