Salter's disc scale has an ultra slim design with stainless steel disc platform that makes it hygienic & easy to clean. The easy-read LCD display can be set to measure in metric or Imperial & the add & weigh "zero" function means that you can add ingredients direct to bowls or other cooking containers. There's also an aquatronic function for measuring liquids in ml or floz.
