- meaning that oil is not used. It is given through your clothes. The best thing to wear is a non-stretch t-shirt or top which is not textured or knit. The treatment consists of massage to the upper back & shoulders, upper arms, scalp & face. You will be sitting in an upright position on a low backed chair or stool.
