Enormous blooms, of up to 30cm diameter, cover this amazing new Hydrangea from August to October. The flower heads grow larger as the weeks pass, whilst the petals change colour from cream to deep pink, & finally light green. As with all Hydrangea macrophylla varieties, an acidic soil will result in blue flowers instead of pink. Hydrangea macrophylla &8216; Avantgarde&8217; makes a superb feature plant for the garden or a large container. The giant blooms can even be cut & used in extravagant flower arrangements that will really impress. Supplied in a 10.5cm pot. Height & spread: 90cm (35”).
