- How Bazuka treats them Warts often occur on fingers or hands, while verrucas which are effectively the same thing are commonly found on your feet. Both are caused by a virus which leads to an excess growth of skin. This can be highly infectious, not only spreading on your own feet or hands but also easily spread to others. Bazuka extra strength gel works to kill of the virus, stop the spread through it's water-resistant barrier & over time soften the skin so that you can easily remove it. Corns & calluses do not involve a virus but are hard patches of skin often caused by pressure or friction maybe from poorly fitting shoes. The Bazuka gel again helps soften the skin, helping you to easily remove it with the emery board which is included. How to use Bazuka Extra Strength Gel You should use Bazuka, once a day, every day until your wart, verruca, corn or callus disappears. 1) First soak the affected area in warm water for a few minutes to make sure it is clean & to soften the skin. 2) Once dry, apply a thin layer of gel onto the wart, verruca, corn or callus trying not to get it on the surrounding skin. 3) This will then dry to a small white patch which is water resistant & protective.4) The following day, peel off the white patch of dried gel & repeat the process.5) Then each week, you should use the emery board provided, or a pumice stone, to gently rub the area. Keep this routine up until the wart or verruca is gone, which may take up to 12 weeks, although can be much sooner. Do not share towels or the emery board with others, as the infection may spread.
