Product Description

The fact that the Easter bunny brings & hides Easter eggs on Easter Sunday is common knowledge – this Marolin Easter bunny is based on that well-known image, & holds a basket of eggs over his shoulders. The inside is hollow so that the bunny can be filled with little Easter gifts, such as chocolate eggs, when you remove its head. made from Marolin papier mache using clay, kaolin, plant glue & paper fibres, developed in Thuringia in the 19th century for making nativity figurines – the recipe for Marolin is a company secret to this day. The bunnies are moulded in plaster, dried & painted by h&. Will hold Easter gifts up to 2 cm in diameter. Do not place directly on wet grass. Height 22 cm.
