The Matteck Matsuzaki EDS series have a high gloss shine & little details, like the removable finger rest, stopper & screw, picked out in blue. These 4-star scissors are really eye-catching & like all Matsuzaki scissors, they combine the most advanced Japanese technology with over a century of experience in traditional craftsmanship to bring you exceptional performance & durability. These beautiful scissors are handmade from super-hard, cobalt-based stainless steel. The convex blades are hollow ground & incredibly sharp & the scissors are beautifully balanced, with a ball bearing pivot joint which gives you a super-smooth action. The blades open & close with a featherlike feel & have rounded tips for better safety. There's also an adjustable tension screw so you can fine tune the blade tension with your fingers.
