Product Description

Also known as Laurustinus, this Mediterranean evergreen shrub is an excellent all-round plant, thriving in any soil & growing equally well in full sun or deep shade! The leathery dark green leaves are accompanied in winter & spring by flattened clusters of fragrant white flowers, which last for a long time on the plant & are a good source of early nectar for bees. Tolerant of exposure & regular clipping, Viburnum tinus is a good choice for coastal gardens, hedging, woodland gardens & low maintenance gardens. It is also a drought-tolerant shrub, making it excellent for adding evergreen structure to hot dry borders. Height & spread: 3m (10').
