The Cassis is picked on the ultimate & best moment & in accordance with unchanging tradition & selected rigorously. Close to the areas of production there is no deterioration of the fruit in transportation & the powerful aromas of freshly picked blackcurrants are preserved. The maceration process begins straight away. Fresh blackcurrants are macerated in airtight stainless steel tanks which protect them from light & oxidation. No artificial aromas, no colours. Nice cassis, sweet, distinct cassis character, intensive, concentrated, natural, dark, fresh, nice taste, very good.
