- This mezcal is made with Cupreata agave which provides it with fruit aromas, & Cenizo agave which gives a herbal edge to the flavour. There is also a light, smoky flavour alongside the fruit notes from the agave, produced by cooking the agave in an underground stone pit using black oak.
