- Produced in the Hackney Wick area of London, Butler's Gin was inspired by a Victorian recipe. The base gin is placed in a 20 litre glass jar with infusion bags of fresh lemongrass, cardamom, coriander, cloves, cinnamon, star anise, fennel, lemon & lime for 18 hours. A light & crisp gin that's perfect in a G&T.
