- Cien y Pico means 'hundred & something', referring to the old Garnacha vines in their vineyards. The Doble Pasta method of winemaking, which this cuvée is named after, is where the crushed grapes are fermented over additional grape skins to get a really dark & concentrated wine. This is juicy & fruit forward with notes of plums, damsons & blueberries, plus a hint of cinnamon. A wine designed for red meat!
