On the nose, detect honey, barley sugar & toffee running to a sweet, ripe banana character. The palate is smooth & carries a gentle mix of sweet spices plus a creamy butterscotch-on-vanilla-ice-cream style. The finish replicates these earlier qualities then develops a considerable drier aspect with subtle, light oaky traits.
