Thermoflex underfloor heating mat systems are perfect when there are strict budget constraints. This system has a 200w heat output & consists of a thin cable evenly spaced & taped to a 500mm wide matting which allows for quick & easy installation. Each kit comes complete with floor primer & roller. Please choose an electric underfloor heating system that will cover 90% of your floor area. It is best to order slightly less than you need than have too much as the cables CAN NOT be cut or shortened. This kit comes with a 15 year manufacturer warranty.
