Ice Climbing For Two

Are you cool enough to scale one of these incredible indoor ice walls? Kept at a constant -12°, they have been purpose built by hand to create several ice faces, complete with bumps, crevices (and icicles!) to suit a range of abilities
- from beginners slopes to steep overhangs, vertical courses & confined canyons. Over one hundred tonnes of snow has been used to create Approx. 300m² of solid ice. Locations: London (South East) or Manchester (North) Agenda: On arrival at the venue you will be met with your instructor, who will conduct a full safety briefing & show you different climbing techniques. Then it’s time to get kitted up with all the safety gear before you head to the ice wall. Your climb will be under strict supervision of an instructor at all times & tuition is on a one to one basis. This experience will last for Approx. one & a half hours, including briefing time & the issuing of safety equipment. You will spend a minimum of 40 minutes in the ice tower. Notes: Your voucher is valid for 10 months. Participants must be a minimum 13 years old. Under 16s must be accompanied with an adult. All participants must be in reasonable health & able bodied. All tuition is on a one to one basis & there will be a maximum of 5 climbers per session. Participants are advised to wear loose fitting clothing & all specialist clothing & equipment will be supplied on the day.
