A wine this hearty needs food just as hearty. think red meat, game, stews & dishes seasoned with local herbs. Franck Avela runs his winery with strict artisinal methods. Itands like going back in time 50 years as there is little mechanisation in the vineyard & in the winery it is very traditional. Even the wine is bottled by gravity. If you want a truly authentic wine, this is the one for you. This is a fantastic wine with great harmony. A natural wine the product of meticulous work in the vineyard & winery shows hepas of chewy black fruit, aromatic wafts from the local herbs & a long, rich, spicy finish. A truly authentic wine.
