Perfect with fish & shellfish, spicy & Asian influenced dishes as well as white meat, poultry & truffled dishes. Henri took over the estate previously run by his father in 1986. Right from the start he had the ambition to make the best wine with total respect for nature. Together with his colleagues Kad & Sebastien, Henri has managed to revive the soil & the wine is now expressing its gratitude. Wines that âspeak first to the body & soul before speaking to the reason of the one who tastes themâ. Made from 100% barrel fermented Roussanne (10% new barrels) this wine exudes character. The nose is exotic, lush & spicy. Rich perfumed flavours with hazel & cashew nuts, typical of Rousanne. The palate shows a very long finish, tropical fruits & a touch of apricot, with a creamy mouth filling texture, mineral flavours & a cleansing acidity.
