She has produced the wine with a feminine structure meaning the tannins are supple but not over-powering. The fruit character is robust yet elegant with a firm structure that allows early drinking but also potential to age. The Cabernet Sauvignon dominant in this wine shows itself with cedar, black fruits & a hint of minty, herby coolness. The palate is tight yet restrained with luscious blackberry & black cherry fruit & supple tannins.
