Knitted Fairies With imagination & flair, Fiona Mc Donald shows you how to knit ten fantastical fairies in two different sizes, all with their own character & style. They include a scary gothic fairy, an enigmatic moon fairy, a cool ice fairy & even Oberon, the king of the fairies himself. Using a basic body pattern, each fairy is dressed in its own costume, complete with wands, wings & various embellishments in a range of yarns & other embelllishments
- ideal for using up scraps & oddments from your knitting basket! The dolls make wonderful gifts for both adults & older children, though they are not suitable for very young children, & can be easily adapted to match your friend's or relative's personality or lifestyle. This is a source of ideas & inspiration for knitters of all abilities, & a book to be treasured by young & old alike.
