Learn basic robotic technology & build a Wired Control Robot Arm with five motors & five joints which will provide hours of fun & is a great way to get youngsters interested in science & technology With its five-switch wired controller, the Robot Arm features base rotation, base, elbow & wrist motion as well as function gripper that can lift items weighing up to 100g. An LED spotlight illuminates the work as you command the gripper to grab, lift, position, lower & release items This is a great gift for anyone up for a superb technical challenge because, while simple to construct, the Robot Arm is educational as well as being a great way to learn more about robotic technology & control systems. No soldering required; construction will take a minimum of 2 hours Requires 4 x D Batteries (not included) The Robot Arm requires self-assembly & measures approx 22.8cm x 16cm x 38cm when assembled
