Product Description

Rolex founder Hans Wildorf's dream was to see watches extend past purely aesthetic success to being functional & stunning to look at. The date, released in the late 1950s, was the first step in this direction as it was the first watch of its kind to display a date window at 3 o'clock. In addition, it was housed in an oyster case making it waterproof to 100m. This particular model showcases an all stainless steel case & strap, white dial, stick indices & of course the date window.
