In 1963, Jack Heuer was attending the 12 Hours of Sebring endurance race at which the legendary Rodriguez brothers, Ricardo & Pedro, were driving for Ferrari. Here, he became enthralled about the La Carrera Pan-Americana race & the evocative name ' Carrera'. Thus, the name for the greatest driving watch was born. This particular model in stainless steel with a black dial airs on the understated side of watches & carries itself with inherent class.
