Introduction to Payroll Systems Course This introductory payroll systems course provides students with the foundational knowledge & understanding of operations relating to the basic calculations & preparation of a payroll. Through this course students will understand payroll processes, specifically payroll procedures & the skills involved in performing routine & some non-routine payroll tasks. The payroll systems introductory course will enable students to identify employees’ pay variations & entitlements & make calculations in relation to gross & net pay. Students will also understand the importance of accuracy & security in performing payroll tasks.
