This very rare item of England test match memorabilia is a shirt worn by Boycott in a Test Match. It carries all the embroidery & logos associated with this era & is presented in a deep box frame giving a distinct 3D effect. It is framed in a stunning light wood surround with double mounts that encompass a photo of Boycott in Test action. Measures in at a large & impressive 98cm by 81cm. Finally there is a plaque that states the following. Boycott established himself as one of Englands finest opening batsmen & is famous for his ability to occupy the crease sometimes for a number of days. He made his debut against Australia in 1964 & went on to play 108 Tests scoring 8114 runs at an average 47.72. He was Wisden Cricketer of the Year in 1965.
