One of life's more evocative & magical things
- English mixed woodl&, mid Winter. I find this design quite enchanting & restful. Deciduous & evergreen trees are shown in all their starkness & skeletal repose against a light ground
- here, beige in keeping with a seasonal theme. The tress are nicely drawn with a nib & artist's inks to give saturated, intense hues
- russet, moss green, cyan, burnt umber, chestnut. A beautiful study of forms with intricate, h&-rendered detail & a haunted, magical air. ' Jagger' single button cuff.
