Amazing tropicalised Paisley in which the clasic damask has taken root on a desert island in the Pacific, sprouting clusters of heart shaped, nectar-rich blooms, drooping garlands, sinuous, trailing stems & curling fern-like fronds. Hand drawn & inked in cyan & scarlet lake on a soft midnight blue, this is an exuberant, joyously improvisatory take on a traditional theme. With a ' Moore' three button cuff.
