This season's jackets reference Cary Grant in the movie North By Northwest, as here -' Thornhill' being the sharp dressed character played by Grant. This is a basket weave twill from Lanificio Comero in Piedmont. Notch lapel, slanted flap pockets, 6mm AMF stitching
- a mark of a bespoke tailored garment
- on the outer breasted pocket, collars, lapels, front & pocket flaps. Four waterfall buttons, contrast bottom button stitch & sham buttonhole. Has a specially designed cockatoo lapel badge. A structured jacket with a grey, delicate fern print silk to the rear & blue silk lining in the sleeves & outer panels. It also features Liberty ' Tresco' fine Tana lawn cotton detailing on the inner pockets & pocket areas to give a striking accent of richness & saturated colour. This soft shoulder jacket is in a subdued grey/green. Delightful in texture, airiness, hue & carefully judged detailing.
