Product Description

The various grapes were aged separately for six months in French oak (1/3 new) then blended & aged a further six months in the same barrels. Showing beautifully at the moment; dark Syrah fruit on the nose a hint of black pepper then more Cabernet on the palate – sleek savoury blackcurrant; hints of coffee & earth – with a great balance of ripe tannins & balanced acidity.
