Learn how to fill your house with quick & simple, yet beautiful arrangements.

In the morning you’ll have demonstrations by Sarah & the afternoon is hands-on with everyone learning how to pick, condition & arrange their own large hand tied bunch to take home.

The day lasts from 10.30 till 3, 30 including tea/coffee on arrival, morning tea/coffee break with homemade biscuits & a delicious 2 course lunch using fresh produce from the garden at Perch Hill.

Session 1 10.30

  • Meet Sarah
  • Sarah will guide you through the principles of how to pick & condition your flowers to make them last twice as long in a vase & show you the essential bits of kit to use for simple flower arrangements at home.

  • Flower arranging demonstration with Sarah showing you lots of simple, stylish & beautiful ideas for scattering flowers through your house for everyday & when you want to push the boat out a little more.
  • Sarah will end this session by giving you her tried & tested recipe for making a fantastic, armful-of-the-garden hand tied bunch.

  • Picking & arranging your own hand tied bunch according to Sarah’s recipe with Sarah & her two assistants standing by to guide & help with what to pick & how to arrange.
