Product Description

cooking Enjoy simply pan fried with onion, sage & apple for delicious results & have plenty of buttery mash to make the most of the heavenly meat juices. Alternatively marinade with garlic, lemon, olive oil, salt & pepper & cook for eight minutes in a smoking hot griddle pan, turning every minute or so. Slice into thin-ish diagonal slices & serve with another squeeze of lemon. storage Keep for 5 days in the fridge & do not exceed use by date. Can be frozen on the day of delivery to retain their flavour & tenderness for up to 6 months. When freezing defrost thoroughly & consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once thawed.
