The Pizzolatos have been producing wine for five generations. They have been organic since 1991 but it is only recently that there have been big strides forward in quality & the wines are now really spot on. With 50 hectares of their own & contracts for grapes from another 50 belonging to long-term local organic growers, they are a significant operation which looks to get better & better. This delicate pudding wine makes an ideal match to fruit, tart & soft cheese.
