The Shimano SPD shoes feature single density, cushioned insole to adjusts to a range of foot shapes & provide shock absorption. The Torbal Torsional midsole enables a natural range of motion during downhill sections. The expanded SPD cleat adjustment range adapts to race or trail riding types.
