Swaledale is a brilliant more-ish snacking cheese made with cow's milk for a dry, nutty flavour.   What's it taste like? Mild & smooth with a slight tang. Swaledale is creamy in colour with a soft moist open texture. Where's it from? Made by David & Mandy Reed of the Swaledale Cheese company in Richmond, North Yorkshire. Swaledale comes as a 450g whole cheese in a truckle. Suitable for vegetarians.
