The taste of pure organic cows cream coarses through this wonderful cheese. The smoothness of the taste is made by ladling the milk by hand into the moulds. There is a lot of love in St Eadburgha. What's it taste like? A soft white moulded camembert-style cheese with a strong creamy flavour Where's it from? Made by Gorsehill Abbey, Warwickshire. The St Eadburgha comes as an approx. 280g whole circular cheese.
