King Richard III sounds very important & as far as Wensleydales go, it is. Much more moist & creamier than mass-produced Wensleydales, King Richard III has a wonderful mellow taste. What's it taste like? King Richard III  Wensleydale is a cow's milk cheese. The flavour is mild, with a slight bite. Wensleydale is usually eaten young, matured for between a fortnight & three months
