Product Description

The Grubb family have been farming in the area around Cashel in Tiperrary since the 16th Century. Louis Grubb & his family have been making cheese since the early 1980s with Cashel Blue the jewel in the crown. This is a gorgeous sweet & creamy blue cheese with a unique tanginess. The white paste gradually yellows with age.
