Product Description

NEW! This patio version of ' Tomcot' has been developed by fruit authority Will Sibley, who has for many years been working on a range of fruit trees for the home gardener. It has been grafted onto a dwarfing selection of seedling peach ‘ Montclair’ using special grafting techniques to keep the tree even more compact. ‘ Tomcot‘ performs very well in our UK climate, producing masses of blossom & heavy crops of very large orange fruits with a strong red blush & intense sweet flavour. Can be kept restricted to a height of 1.2m (4ft).   Supplied as a one year old tree in a 4 litre pot. The tree is grafted at about 30cm (1ft) above soil level & has 2-3 shoots about 20cm (8in) long that will quickly develop into a bushy head. Pollination: Self-fertile. Season: mid July. Plant

Size:
4 litre pot. Available for delivery: from early August 2017 Please note: Sibley's Patio Apricot ' Tomcot' is excluded from the ' Buy any 2 Pot Grown Fruit Trees SAVE £5' offer.
