Malus domestica ' Braeburn Hillwell'
An enhanced sport of Braeburn with better flavour & colour & more suited to the British climate. The fruits are crisp & aromatic & have excellent keeping qualities. Heavy cropping but best grown in the south as it needs a long growing season. Produces a compact tree
- ideal for small gardens.
Supplied in a ‘Y’ shape with two main shoots that can be trained out in opposite directions at about 45-60cm (18-24in) above the ground. On receipt you will need to tie the arms down gradually (in several stages) to a horizontal supporting framework (not supplied).
