Product Description

Ficus carica ' Brown Turkey' This standard fig tree is ideal where space is restricted & will make an attractive feature in a large container on a sunny patio. Pruned to shape on the nursery, it is supplied with a 90cm (3ft) clear stem & a bushy head. Total height on despatch 1.2-1.5m (4-5ft). This variety is the most popular fig for outdoor cultivation in the U.K. as it can be grown in cooler areas. Produces large brown pear-shaped fruits with red flesh & rich, very sweet flavour. Heavy cropping. Pollination: Self-fertile. Season: Aug
