Product Description

Ficus carica ' Rouge de Bordeaux' A delicious red fleshed fig with medium to large sized fruit. The skin is violet with a violet bloom but it's the superb, rich flavour that puts this variety in a class of its own. Although cold-resistant, it does best in a greenhouse in cooler locations. It can be grown outside in the south given a warm, sheltered site. Pollination: Self-fertile. Season: Aug
- Sept. Available for delivery: all year.
