Prunus cerasifera (Cherry Plum) A fast growing hedge producing tasty red or yellow plums in the late summer. Delicious eaten fresh but also ideal for making jams, wines & liqueurs. The branches are smothered in masses of pure white flowers in early March. Plant 60cm (2ft) apart. Recommended hedge

Height: 1.2-1.8m (4-6ft). Growth rate: 30-45cm (12-18in) per year. Height on despatch: 60-80cm (2-2ft 8in). Available for delivery: late November
- early May.
