Malus domestica ' Megabite' NEW! A chance seedling discovered in Essex, this naturally dwarf variety, grafted onto M9 dwarfing rootstock is very suited to growing in a pot. The apples are huge
- weighing as much as 500g (1lb 2oz) & are very tasty. The flesh is crisp & juicy & works wonderfully with a plate of cheese where thin slices make best use of the large sized fruits. It is also very good for cooking in purees with a sweet mellow taste.   Pollination: Triploid (will not act as a pollinator). Group A. Season: Oct
- Dec. Available for delivery: late November
- early May.
