The distinguishing feature of this St Johnswort is a stout stem with four winged ridges running along its length, hence the common name of squarestalked St Johnswort, & the more accurate Latin name of Hypericum tetrapterum. Unlike most common St Johnsworts black dots are rare on the leaves & flowers. The pale yellow flowers are out from July to September. We sell our Square Stalked St Johns Wort (Hypericum tetrapterum) seeds per gram; customers should be aware that when ordering more than one gram of Square Stalked St Johns Wort seeds, the entire amount will be bagged together to reduce unnecessary packaging.
