The G-Form lace bite gel pads have been specifically designed to reduce the pressure on your foot caused by skate laces, therefore helping you to skate for longer. These gel pads leave no residue & feature a slim-line design- pack of 2. When can I use the G-Form lace bite gel pads? Use the G-Form lace bite gel pads to reduce pressure on your foot during rollerblading or ice hockey. How do I use the G-Form lace bite gel pads? The G-Form lace bite gel pads are easy to fit on the inside of the skating boot tongue. Before applying the gel pads ensure the tongue is cleared of lint, then peel the back off the gel pad & position it with pressure against the inside of the tongue. The lace bite gel pads can also be easily repositioned & will leave no residue. If you need to re-new the gel pad's adhesion just rinse in water & leave to dry.
