The Smith Cage System features an Olympic bar for traditional lifts such as squats & bench presses, cables for functional exercises & isolation movements, a pull up bar & of course a self spotting mechanism which allows the user to train independently in complete safety. A multitude of accessories come as standard with the Smith Cage System including; SCS bench, leg attachment, preacher curl attachment, 2x pair D handles, pull up assist.
