Includes::
one 4cm yellow ball & one 5cm red ball. How do they work? These small pliable vinyl balls can be squeezed & squashed & will spring back into shape. They are ideal for finger & grip strengthening & for improving dexterity following injury to the fingers, hand & wrist. They can also be used to maintain hand function following arm, elbow & shoulder injury & immobilisation. Please note: All Gymnic products are 100% latex-free!
