Product Description

This unique chart is one of a set of 4 charts that shows & names the skeletal system & where the major muscles attach on to the bone structure. Origins & Insertions are clearly shown & their attachment is described at the side of the chart. Origins are shown in red & Insertions in blue. This colour system is used when explaining distal & proximal attachments for each muscle making it easier to cross reference with the muscles highlighted on the bone structure. Learning where muscles attach onto the bones will help you understand how a muscle or group of muscles work to produce body movement. This makes this chart quite different & more beneficial to students & practitioners involved in understanding or teaching anatomy.
