Handwarm the Compeed for one minute before & after application. Remove the patterned protective layer, then remove the white protective paper & place the Compeed plaster directly over the blister. Gently pull away the non-touch tab. Hand warm the Compeed for one minute before & after application. Stays in place for several days to provide protection & aid healing.
